Our Approach

The majority of our menu is from scratch, as we run a pub style kitchen with a solid focus on good ingredients and scratch cooking. This includes items like our house made tartar sauce, tzatziki, all our wing sauces are made from scratch. We have always taken pride in making our menu consist mostly of in-house made items/recipes. In the spring time we bring in fresh whole halibut for the weekends and that is fileted fresh right in the kitchen, as we have a natural respect for our ingredients. We enjoy the process that we endure from delivery truck to table.

APPETIZERS

Chicken Strips – 17

Steak and Bacon Flat Bread – 21

Roasted garlic puree, caramelized onions, sweet honey bbq sauce and crumbled goat cheese.

Junction Chicken and Waffle – 17

Crispy chicken, tossed in our buffalo sriracha sauce, fried cheese curds and bacon served in a thin waffle bowl.

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus w/ Puffy Pita – 16

Made with cashew butter for a slightly sweeter and smoother hummus.

A blend of roasted garlic and feta make up this light dip topped off with roasted seasoned chickpeas.

Seared Duck Breast – 21

Served medium, on lighlty grilled baguette, finished with our triple berry sauce and goat cheese.

Mussels Garlic Cream Sauce – 17

Hand cut calamari rings, tossed in our own blend of flour and spices, served with our homemade tzatziki.

Romaine hearts, tossed in our house made garlic and parmesan caesar dressing served with garlic toast.

Junction Salad – 17

Southwest Chipotle Chicken Salad – 21

Chicken breast seasoned in chipotle mango, grape tomatoes, red onion, red peppers, black olives and smoked cheddar. Finished with our roasted red pepper vinaigrette.

Donut Holes – 9

Mini donuts quickly fried, tossed in a blend of cinnamon, sugar, and nutmeg. Topped off with whipped cream and berry sauce.

All of our beef burgers are hand made with a blend of certified angus beef and ground chorizo sausage blended with our mixture of spices and seasonings.

Grilled Chicken and Brie Sandwich – 25

Our house made patty, on a potato scallion bun, topped off with bacon, cheddar, our honey bbq sauce finished with lettuce tomato roasted garlic mayo and crispy fried onion rings.

Mushroom Fresh Mozzarella Burger 24

Simple and delicious, mushrooms sauteed in garlic butter on top of our beef patty, finished with a healthy amount of mozzarella cheese. Finished with our dijon mayo.

Caramelized Onion Chevre Burger – 24

Thinly sliced onions have been slow cooked until caramelized, we finish the burger with crumbled goat cheese and roasted garlic puree and mayo.

Becher Burger – 24

Our take on a classic bacon cheese burger, lettuce, tomato, roasted garlic mayo, mustard and fire roasted salsa.
