The majority of our menu is from scratch, as we run a pub style kitchen with a solid focus on good ingredients and scratch cooking. This includes items like our house made tartar sauce, tzatziki, all our wing sauces are made from scratch. We have always taken pride in making our menu consist mostly of in-house made items/recipes.
In the spring time we bring in fresh whole halibut for the weekends and that is fileted fresh right in the kitchen, as we have a natural respect for our ingredients. We enjoy the process that we endure from delivery truck to table.
